190 Parishioners Ordained At Motailatu Church Harvest + Photos ~ The Scoper Media

   The Chairman, Board of Trustees of Motailatu Church of God, Senior Superintendent Gabriel F. Akinadewo (Omo Jesu II), has urged Nigerians to always have the fear of God “so that insecurity can become a thing of the past in the country”.

   Speaking at the ninth Adoption Service (Adult Harvest) and third ordination of Restoration Parish of the church in Akute, Ogun State on the 28th Nov. 2021 with the theme ‘God, Remember Me’, Akinadewo, who is also the Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief of Freedom Online newspaper, declared that “God will always remember His children who remember Him in everything they do”.

  At the epoch-making event, where 190 parishioners were ordained from ‘Aladura’ to ‘Apostle General’, were the Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the church, Senior Superintendent James Akinadewo; Pastor J. Bankole, Evangelist F. Akinnugba, Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Longing Medical Centre, Dr. Omoniyi Fagbemi; Chief Medical Director of Medwin Hospital and his wife, Dr. and Mrs. Kolawole Ashoro; Prince Taiwo Fagbemi; Publishers of The Eagle Online, Mr. Dotun Oladipo; News Reel Online, Pastor Seyi Fasugba; NewsMakers, Mr. Dipo Kehinde; Lagos Times, Alhaji Biodun Durojaiye; Yes International Magazine, High Chief Azuh Arinze; Nigeria Politics Online, Alhaji Semiu Okanlawon; MetroNews, High Chief Femi Davies; Public Relations Expert, Mr. Siji Oyesile and others.

  “Once God has spoken, every other speaker is a noise maker. God spoke at the beginning of this year that we are going to see the end of 2021. Because we believe God, we will surely see the end of this year, and 2022 will be a better year for us”, Akinadewo prayed and the congregation replied with a thunderous ‘Amen’.

  At the service, a posthumous award was given in memory of General Rev. Apostolic Mother Mary Fehintola Fagbemi, who died on April 8, 2021.

  She was the immediate younger sister of the founder of Motailatu Organisation Worldwide, Saint Isaiah M. Akinadewo.

  The plaque, presented by Senior Apostolic Mothers Kehinde Ojo Sode and Esther Adeniji, was received by Dr. Fagbemi and Prince Fagbemi, two of Mama Fagbemi’s children.

  The second award, presented by Superintendent General Apostolic Mother Esther Akinadewo, was given to Dr. Fagbemi.

  Another award, presented by High Chief Arinze, was given to Dr. Kolawole while the fourth award, presented by Mr. Dotun Oladipo, was given to Hon. Adewale Adedayo, the Chairman of Ijebu-East Local Government, Ogun State. The plaque was received on his behalf by Oyesile.

  In his sermon, Senior Superintendent James Akinadewo declared that it was not possible for God to remember those who don’t have time for Him.

  He said: “If you want God to remember you financially, physically and spiritually, you must imbibe the spirit of God. When you have fruits of the spirit in you, you will always relate with God and God will also relate with you because He will never forsake His children”.

  The 2022 Calendar of the church was later unveiled by Dr. Fagbemi and Senior Superintendent Gabriel Akinadewo led the congregation to pray for the country, the church and Nigerians.
