A woman kidnapped by bandits has been found dead.

   Two of her children and nine other residents of Janjala community in Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State were also abducted by the terrorists.

According to Daily Trust, Janjala community had for the past few months suffered several attacks by bandits who abducted residents at gun point.

A resident, Dauda Bala, who confirmed the latest abductions to the publication on Sunday, March 5, gave the names of the abducted woman as Mrs Hauwa Ummi Abubakar, and the children as Sadiya and Idris.

The Madaki of Janjala, Samaila Babangida, who also confirmed the latest abductions, said nine among the victims escaped from their abductors.

Spokesman of the Kaduna State Police Command, is yet to react to the latest abduction.

Meanwhile, a woman who was kidnapped by bandits in Sabon Iche community, Kagarko LGA, has been found dead.

The deceased woman, said to be the wife of one Dr. Clement, was abducted alongside her daughter and daughter-in-law late on February 9, 2023.

According to sources, her son, Mr. Gideon a.k.a Major blinks, confirmed that she was killed by the bandits and her body has been recovered.
