Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing speaking during a media chat in Lagos  maintained that considering the company’s mission statement which is “we are daily driven to keep our customers promise,increase our land bank,expand our client base offering excellent services and affordable housing products with a singular mission to exceed expectations. From this he said we are passionately driving to achieve our said mission, thus, fake news shouldn’t be tolerated.

During the briefing he spoke on some of the happenings with Adron Home in recent times and some stories circulating on Social Media about tails by people carrying fake stories about the company. and reacting to a recent trending publications accusing Adron Homes and Properties Limited of fraudulent activities in the sale and acquisition of landed properties, the management has to counter and refute such allegations as his attention was drawn to a malicious publication on Social Media us. A company built on integrity that also enjoys tremendous goodwill from the people with branches in several states of the Federation, therefore, it became necessary we clarify issues raised by the uninformed author of the Social Media post by setting the records straight so the lingering misinformation and half-baked truths trending do not end up being regarded as facts by our numerous customers and clients.

   On he basis of this however, one of the allegations made was that Adron Homes has no one who has built, or is building in any of her estates across the country, but on the contrary, we completely refute this unfounded allegation, as we have thousands of built houses and hundreds of landlords living in our estates across the country with verifiable facts for those who wish to ascertain the true position and for the sake of due diligence. This includes perimeter fencing, secured gatehouse, road network, proper drainages, electricity, and street lighting, amongst others.    According to the company, it is pertinent to note that, due to the dwindling economy and surge in prices of commodities, we do not have control over the market prices of building materials; hence, these fees are reviewable periodically to reflect current market prices so we can deliver on our promises without reducing infrastructural standards and quality. So, when such an increment is about to take place, we notify our customers accordingly via a memo.

  Moreso, management further states that the claim that Adron Homes mandates customers to use our engineers when building is absolutely false. This is false as over 85% of our clients build and are currently building their houses. We have a policy that is in line with National Building Standards and Planning Authority guidelines. Which is, we require our clients to submit Building profiles of qualified Engineers or Registered builders and such requirements are either a COREN or a CORBON certification. The engineer or builder is expected to sign a tripartite agreement with us and the client which is the indemnity agreement before the commencement of any construction works. This is to protect both the company and the client from building collapse or structural defects. At Adron Homes, the safety of our clients, the contractors, the site workers, and the immediate community is of utmost importance to us and we will not reduce our standards.

  Similarly, Adron Homes management maintained it’s stand as thus, we urge our clients who have defaulted on the contractual terms and conditions of purchase to explore the contractual options available for resolution and refrain from making disparaging posts or casting aspersions on Social Media about the brand in a bid to tarnishing the company’s image and reputation it has painfully built over the years.
