Arts Collectors And Enthusiasts Laud 3D Arts Works, Other Master Pieces At Exhibition ~ The Scoper Media

     Nigerian Arts enthusiasts and young artists have appreciated works and master pieces of Sylvester Aguddah as he showcases and tell relevant African stories that boost the Arts industry.

     The 3 day Art of Heart exhibition held at Radisson Blu lkeja Lagos, runs from 12pm-6pm attracted Top government officials, Art lovers and members of the public. Among Artistes were Joshua Onyeka Osakwuni, a ceramic instructor, Bernard Olayinka Arts Media Consultant and others were present.
The exhibition also had music, dance, cocktail and snacks was prepared and served by the host Sylvester Aguddah who loves to combine cocktails with his Arts display.

 

    Speaking to brain behind the exhibition, prominent Artist, Sylvester Aguddah, Chief Executive Officer, Sylverscreen Integrated Concepts Limited, disclosed that the arts of hearts includes media art, collage, mixed media, digital painting, sketches, photo art and photography.

 

    He is a prolific contemporary artist whose art is an ever changing and growing interpretation of his love for Africa, interactions, experiences, human knowledge and Nature appreciation. He urged government to build and fund art villages , revive textile, paint lndustries and electricity.

      Sylvester disclosed that he is a God taught artist, he didnt attend any arts school nor was he taught by any mentors.He appreciates God for these endowments. Recalled that he is self- taught artist and began drawing from childhood and has been practicing for over twenty- five years.

     In 2015, Sylvester Aguddah founded Sylverscreen Integrated Concepts Limited, which has an art gallery, one-stop bicycle shop and tour packaging firm. His artworks are very unique, rich in colour and style, he has participated in over 50 exhibitions in and outside Nigeria in the last 6years, of which over 42 were solo exhibitions.
Collectors of his works spread across Africa, Europe, Australia, America and Asia. Sylvester Aguddah loves to serve humanity and provide cocktails and snacks to clients, persons and friends during different occasions.

     Speaking to lfeanyichukwu Oraemeka, curator and Chief Executive Officer AFRORNAMENTS brand said this exhibition presents over 40 works expressed in different media including collage art, mixed media, metal string art, wood art and wearable art.

     According to her, the works in Art of Heart explore unconventional conceptions of love manifested across the realms of human experience, the likes of beauty, hope, GOD, religious tolerance, life celebrations, cultures amongst others.
As love is one strong message the artist likes to share, the messages in the works here implore us to genuinely feel or explore humanity more as we could cooperatively move in the ‘better’ direction that we want.In the end, it is only one race; the human race.

     The exhibition celebrates artistic excellent arrays of painting, photography, sculpture among others that served as avenue for art collectors, connoisseur and devotees to network and talk on the various aspects of Arts.

     From the entrance of Radisson Blu Hotel event Hall gallery venue where Arts of Heart exhibition was held had different art works, especially paintings and installations were displayed , announcing the ingenuity of Nigeria and African artists.
Bobby Onafuye Abolade Bobby popularly known as ‘Abolade Bobby’ is a Musician, Actor, Model and Entrepreneur said he sees art as an essential tool for expression.
He is largely known for his melodies on the guitar and his sound which is a unique blend of both rap and songs on the instrument.

     This all round entertainer has been featured in campaigns and commercials by Glo, Multichoice (DSTV) , TVC , Binance, Chipper, Nigezie to mention but a few.
He has also featured in several short movies and played the character ‘Success’ in the African Magic Family series THE JOHNSONS.

     He said that the Arts of Heart exhibition as it interprete where l came from and how original I am, also how blessed I am being Black”He urged every African that has a niche for the Art industry to do more by patronising the African Arts wears, healthy cultures because Africa is blessed with a lot of human and materials that are not well harnessed.

     Speaking to Kafayat, an artiste with many parts said “We all as art enthusiasts , Art lovers and collectors had wonderful experience and appreciated Sylvester Aguddah’s creative handiwork. We are grateful for his platform for empowering young and talented artistes to be relevant and be at the path with our foreign counterparts.”

     Helena, an actress, dancer, tatoo lover and advocate proudly showcase her tattoo on her body to appreciate and tell her arts story.
