The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has declared Mr. Valentine Ozigbo as the validly-nominated candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the forthcoming Anambra state Gubernatorial Poll, The Scoper Media reports.
We gathered further that the 3-member Panel, led by Monica Dongban-Mensem and the President of the court of appeal unanimously upheld the two appeals filed by Ozigbo and the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP].
