EMPOWERING LAGBANSA WOMEN: Group Initiates Vocational Skills Training Program, By Cleopatra Eki ๐ŸŽŠ The Scoper Media

THE Pearl l Group women of Christ Embassy Ajah has empowered women and youth to be self -reliance and wealth creators by eliminating the cycle of poverty and building strength for the next generations.
The group organised one – day vocational training with a theme Redeeming times held in Lagbasa Ajah Lagos.


Sister Chinyere Egbarin, woman leader and banker addressing over 80 women and youths at the event in Lagbasa Lagos.
She emphasized that skill acquisition Programmes is aimed to repostiioning the minds and re -engineering their psyche toward their passion, enterpnership, total well -being.


Egbarin maintained that people are experiencing critical tmes , economic downturns, inflation, hunger , unemployment, they should look up to their creator and empower themselves with valuable skills to support what they already have to keep families together happy and alive.


The women and youth were taught skills acquisition training, such as soap making, POS training , Graphics training, hair making- (frontals and closure) and catering training on pastry chin -chin, small chops, samosa and spring rolls.


According to her, The group promised to continue with masters classes on various training but not a one- off.โ€œWe are raising women and youths skills acquisition programmes, to help their husbands, family and society .


20 women will be given free POS machines from the event – she disclosed.
Sister Judith Kings, caterer and resources person taught the participants on the preparation of small chops and samosa.
Kings disclosed that a person can.start the small chops business in a small scale with as low as N10k and grow it to full business by being focus, committed and consistent.
She advised women to support their husbands and families, physically, spiritually and emotionally.


Another resources and Hair Stylist, Sister Goodness Ojor taught them hair making, different types of frontals and closures. She urged them to learn different related hair skills that bring more income and business.
