Ayomide Olubodun, aged 23, an expert in human resources, has made history by becoming the youngest graduate from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru, Jos.
At 23 , Olubodun holds the distinction, as confirmed by the institute, of being the youngest Nigerian to participate in the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC 47) at NIPSS.
This was made known by the institute during its graduation ceremony recently held on the institution’s premises located in Kuru, Jos.
Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and currently pursuing her PhD, Olubodun was among the distinguished Nigerians who recently completed the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC 47) at NIPSS.
The 23-year-old lady is dedicated to fostering action among diverse audiences in her role as a human resources expert, where she serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sign At Site Outdoor.
Olubodun has participated in numerous workshops and training sessions both locally and internationally, presenting several papers and journals.
In an interview with journalists, Olubodun expressed her joy regarding her achievements thus far and credited her father for his mentorship and financial support.
Reflecting on her journey, she said, “At first, I didn’t quite grasp its full impact until my dad explained, ‘You are truly making history as the youngest to accomplish this,” she said.
