African Voices Playmakers will this week host two creative chefs who have become inspirations to upcoming Africans across the continent. The programme of the Cable News Network (CNN) is sponsored by Globacom
The 30-minute magazine will parade the duo of Georgiana Viou from Benin Republic and Ayushi “Chef Yu” Gooroochurn, from Mauritius.

Georgiana’s restaurant concept is bringing furnaces back to the centre stage, in a new and original setting; mixing Benin’s culinary opulence, travel and literature while reinterpreting local cuisine that respects the ethos of the producers and their respect for local practices and products.
Popularly called Chef Yu, Ayushi Gooroochurn, the second guest is a highly talented chef and Executive Chef at the Constance Belle Mare Plage Hotel in Mauritius.
