A young lady, who was identified Uwakfon Sunday Akpan was lifeless in her apartment and her boyfriend (Godwin Essang) is the main suspect.
According to news reports shared by Instablog9ja, the sad incident happened in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State on Tuesday, 13th September, 2022. Below is a picture of the victim.
In a statement made by the victim’s cousin (Laevite Akpan), he said that his mother was called by the suspect and told her Uwakfon was dead. His mother thought it was a joke and called the number several times, but got no response. When he finally answered the call, he said that Uwakfon complained of having a headache, he gave her paracetamol and went to church. When he came back, she was dead. When the victim’s brother was informed, he went to the apartment with some police officers and they noticed that the deceased had a broken neck and injuries all over her body and her boyfriend was arrested.
Levite also said the deceased was making plans with her aunt to bring her daughter to Uyo.
