As the sun dipped low on the horizon, casting long shadows across the bustling streets of Nigeria, the Inspector General of Police stood tall, his voice resolute amid the cacophony of the city. With unwavering conviction, he implored all who listened to stand as guardians of integrity, to wield professionalism as their shield, and to chase excellence as their guiding light.
