A GoFundMe account has been set up in the United Kingdom by the relative of a Nigerian student who slumped and died while waiting to resume work.
Chinonso Ezeonwumere, a student of University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, England, who came into the UK in September 2023, was reported to have slumped and died on the 7th of October, 2024, while waiting to resume his shift for the day.
A relative of the deceased, Christian Daniel-Ebeye, has launched a fundraiser on GoFundMe in a bid to raise cash to support the repatriation of Chinonso’s body to Nigeria and the raiser has been garnering funds to help towards funeral costs.
