Governor Lucky Aiyetidawa has emerged as All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ondo 2024 governorship election.
Aiyetidawa on Saturday won APC primary election held across 203 wards in the state ahead of November Ondo 2024 election.
According to results announced by APC primary election committee chaired by Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo, he won in 17 out 18 local government areas with wide margin.
Meanwhile, rerun election will hold in Okitipupa local government on Sunday due to late arrival of electoral materials.
FactualTimes reports that Olusola Oke, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, Gbenga Edema and Wale Akintirewa have kicked against outcome of the primary election, alleging the committee of non compliance with due process and guidelines
