There are mixed reactions as news filters in that suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari appears set to resume duty.

  Kyari was suspended by the police authorities in the wake of alleged indictments by the Federal Bureau of Investigation from the United States which is investigating alleged internet fraudster Ramon Abbass popularly called Hushpuppi.

  Kyari was allegedly linked to some transactions with Hushpuppi but he explained that he had nothing to do with the fraudster.

  The police hierarchy had replaced Kyari with a former head of Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Lagos DCP Tunji Disu.

  However, indications emerged on Saturday that Kyari was going to resume duty.
