PWAN MAX Property & Business Solutions Ltd, a member of Nigeria’s leading real estate conglomerate, PWAN Group, has appointed Mr. Leslie Matrix Ejiro as its new Managing Director.
Ejiro, an accomplished real estate professional with over 12 years of experience, has closed nearly 300 property transactions successfully. He first joined PWAN Group in 2012 as the Personal Assistant to the Chairman, Dr. Augustine Onwumere.
After briefly exploring other real estate ventures, Ejiro returned to PWAN Group as the Executive Business Assistant to the Chairman. His leadership and expertise earned him a promotion to General Manager in February 2024, and on September 30, 2024, he was appointed Managing Director of PWAN MAX Property & Business Solutions Ltd.
Announcing Ejiro’s elevation, Dr. Onwumere highlighted his vast expertise in due diligence, administration, operations, and real estate advisory services. “As a seasoned tutor and leader, Ejiro has mentored many realtors, sharing his results-driven methodologies and fostering a culture of excellence,” Onwumere said.
He further praised Ejiro’s commitment to advancing the real estate industry, noting his extensive travels across Nigeria and beyond to deliver impactful real estate knowledge and operational insights. “His reputation among aspiring realtors is well-earned, and his leadership has left a lasting impression.”

An economist by training, Ejiro graduated from Delta State University, Abraka, and holds a Business Administration degree from Lagos State University. A dedicated Christian, he is happily married and the proud father of three. He resides in Lagos, Nigeria, where his passion for real estate continues to drive his professional journey.
