A 70-year-old man identified as Leonardis has revealed why he dug his grave, bought his coffin, and purchased drinks that will be used for entertainment on his funeral day while he’s still alive.
Leo as he is also called is married to nine wives but trusts only 3 of them. Speaking to Afrimax English, the man hinted at the incident that made him take this decision despite how weird it appears.
He recounted that there was a wealthy man who had 6 six wives and was loved by many in the village. According to him, the rich man traveled for a business trip but unfortunately returned dead. Leo stated that instead of his family giving him a proper burial, they began scrambling for his property and dumped his body in a sack bag. It was the youths of the village that subsequently buried the man without a coffin.
Leonardis who wasn’t pleased with this bought a casket and drinks, then conducted a befitting burial for the man.
This occurrence however made Leo buy his coffin and dig his grave while he’s still alive. Leonardis purchased drinks, his burial garment and is waiting for the appointed date. He also said that he’ll be buried by men alone.
