In 1999, Mr. Mouka embarked on an enriching journey, supported by a fellowship from the Egyptian Embassy in Nigeria. This voyage transcended borders, as he delved into a Pan-African training and captivating tour of Egypt. His quest for journalistic excellence led him to the bustling streets of Cairo, where his dedication caught the eye of the Egyptian Ministry of Information and the esteemed African Journalists Union (AJU). Amidst the ancient wonders of Egypt, Mr. Mouka’s commitment and passion for storytelling were honored with a prestigious continental Diploma Certificate in Journalism, a testament to his enduring pursuit of truth and insight across the African landscape
In a twist of fate, Muoka found himself thrust into the limelight of the Special Duties Department, entrusted with the oversight of the Commission’s International Relations Unit, Emergency Communication Centres Unit, Public Private Partnership Unit, and Security Services Unit.
