Promoting well being, financial independence, and Weekend Programme for entrepreneurial success among women.Financial heavy weight Stanbic IBTC, in collaboration with First Bloom weekend sensitized women on how to be relevant, valuable and independence.


The event organised by Stanbic IBTC with partnership with Bloom Weekend attracted female enterprenuers, foreign business,business owners, small medium business among others held at the Landmark centre Lekki Lagos.


The program with the theme “With her. For Her “had women personalities in all sector and women in the business world.lt is also addresses the mental health, relationship, marriage,families and business.issues.
Earlier,The Executive Director Stanbic IBTC pension Manager Mrs.Nike Bajomo in her remark said the primary goal is to celebrate, empower and inspire women within the vibrant Blue Blossom community. Mrs Bajomo said as part of the activities making the first Bloom Weekend, the ladies at the table empowerment series (LATTES) stands out as a landmark event dedicated to forging meaningful connections and fostering growth


She went further that the essence of Bloom Weekend and LATTES is empowerment with meaningful discussions for the advancement of women and to actively bridge between women’s aspirations and their tangible achievements.


She then said that the collaborative environment of the Stanbic IBTC Bloom Weekend can spark meaningful change by providing a space where influential figures and attendees can engage in open dialogue and aim to inspire attendees to take bold steps towards their conversation initiated are meant to reach beyond grounds.


Speaking at event Mrs. Bunmi Oke the Chief Executive Officer, Consultant Lady Bird Limited and Keynote speaker emphasizes on the strength,unity of women and support each other and not to be afraid to lift themselves, packaging themselves very well. She went further to plan their steps and must be specific and be measurable and advised all the women to take advantage of their dream and be in charge of their lives
Ore Macaulay thrills participants with lovely poetry on how women can blossom and to welcome each new day and be outstanding.
In the afternoon session ,Nike Bello maintains that the forum gives women room to network, collaborate with meaningful connections and fostering both economic and total growth.


There are free masters classes businesses Mental Health, and Emotional stablity.Women of all ages professions background ,tribe,had items at business stands boosting local and global economy
Dr Nkiru Jizuaku Physiotherapist and Medical Health expert and spoke on diseases like cancer diabetic sedentary to lifestyle and exercises.She stresses on life style changing, regular medical check up ,eating right , adequate sleep and moderate exercises.


Nike Folagbade,Family Life Coach and Councillor maintains that women no should take of themselves more, by educating the women you educate her community and world.They are great home builders never downplay their contributions to their society
She appreciated network of women and wealth of knowledge.


Another speaker,Cbidimma Uzoma awarding winner entrepreneur and C EO Zayith Food Company spoke on mental health ,nutrition and emotional stability.participants should love themselves more work on the emotions and toxic environs.


She took them through emotional stability test and urged them to do daily positive affirmations that will transform their entire lives.


Members of the panelists session which comprises of Mrs Eugenia Abu Broadcast Journalist,media consultant, Olaide Omotosho Ikuru,Media Practitioner Health Kinect Clinic,Nike Folagbade,Family Life Coach and Councillor,Oluwadamilola Dada Associate Director,PWC encouraged women to expose themselves with knowledge and embrace new opportunities.


Mrs. Edidion Akpan in her closing remark urges all participants to carry the spirit of “With her. For her” into their lives,work and communities. She went further that the participants should continue advocating for women’s empowerment, championing equality and break barriers.
