The Nigeria Aid Group is a voluntary Islamic First Aid and Humanitarian service Organization. The Lagos State Command was launched in 1978.
The organization has been operating under the supervision of the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development with its peers like: Redcross Society, Boys Scout of Nigeria, Sherrif Guards and the host of others.

The inauguration of Eti-Osa Divisional Command on Sunday the 30th of January, 2022 marked the 18th Divisional Command under Lagos State Command with Com. Mikail Turawa been appointed as the Eti-Osa Divisional Command leader.
The command is been piloted by one of the state patron and adviser, Alhaji Sheikh Yousuph Afinni Abdul-Bari.

Prior to the inauguration, a three days training of Eti Osa squad members on First Aid, Humanitarian, and disaster management operation under the direct supervision of the state Training Officer Com. Tijani AbdSalam.

The parade team showcase their worth which actually added value to the inauguration. It should be noted that the state training Officer whose professionalism in parade had seen this organization far in parade excellence in the state. Kudos to Com. Rafiu Abass for his efforts in making sure that the training on parade was achieved within two days.

Expected Roles of the Nigeria Aid Group in Etiosa is to assist the existing agencies in Lagos State to curb the effect of disaster or unforseen circumstances that may occur within their locality by applying first aid training acquired to revive victims through application of CPR ( Cardio-Pulmonary Resucitation ) method and other techniques learnt during training to assist any casualties whenever any unfortunate incident happens within and outside their domain.

With the display showcased at the event before the LGA Chairman, the Chairman of the day, ASP Alaka and the host of other dignitaries, it was a clear evidence that the Nigeria Aid Group is really preparing our youths to be more useful, nationalistic, patriotic and become a good citizens of this great nation called Nigeria.
