Popular Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned the President of Liberia, George Weah, ahead of the presidential run-off election that will be held on November 14, 2023 between him and Joseph Boakai of the opposition party.
The warning was contained in a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, issued on Sunday.
Primate Ayodele made it known that Boakai has plans to jail President Weah, if he wins the election.
The prophet warned Weah not to relent in his efforts because his future will be threatened if he allows the opposition candidate to win the election.
He urged him not to take a wrong step and begin to strategise and look for ways to ensure he gets victory in the election.
Ayodele said: “If Boakai wins the election, he will jail George Weah and his party will not exist again.
“His party will rule for many years if George Weah fails to wake up.
“He must do all he can to ensure he wins because his future depends on this election.
